This is for regular DMT, not 5-MeO-DMT (which is about 8-10x more powerful than NNDMT, 5MeO is known as the GOD molecule).

Due to the drastic nature of this compound, It should only be provided to those who are truly seeking it's theraputic journey, for those with strong mental fortitude. Individual sensitivity and internal set/setting can vary widely, have a SOBER sitter and always proceed with caution. Avoid DMT if your set/setting is not friendly and loving, or if you're suffering from other mental conditions, medicated or otherwise. Firstly, there is no tolerance, unlike LSD. A 2nd breakthrough dose can be the exact same amount, an hour or day later. Much like other psychedelics, the experience increases in intensity and duration with higher dosages. Some call the trip 'a bungie jump to the other side', which is appropriate. Unlike other hallucinogens, DMT is not a 'party drug', as it seems to have an almost paralytic effect, in that it is very physically disorienting, and many find it difficult to keep their eyes open. It is strongly advised to sit or lie down for the duration of the journey. The intensity of the mid and higher level trips are much more visual than Shrooms, and much less subtle than Acid. I find that allowing it to go, submitting fully to the direction of the trip, makes for the most enjoyable time. As the levels of trip can vary, here's some idea of what you can expect.

Threshold (0.2 mg/kilo) - Base effects, this trip seems to last about 10 minutes, with mostly a strong feeling. CEVs consist of vague gray subtle patterns. Time sense and hearing is not really affected. This can be more intense in an individual with a sensitivity to DMT.

Mid-Level or Moderate (0.35 mg/kilo) - full 3d trip, clear and expansive CEVs, OEV distortion. Some report hearing distortion, or replacement. EOVs are generally surreal, overlaid, bright and very intense, but not usually overwhelming. This immersive experience can last for 10-20 minutes with full return to baseline within about 30 minutes.

Breakthrough (0.5+ mg/kilo) - Eyes closed, reclined, no longer present, fully immersed in an alternate reality, oblivious to external stimulation. Ego Death, Time stretch, Seperation from body, this can be stressful/overwhelming for some. NDE type experiences, like talking with previously dead relatives. Expulsion from the planet, space journeys with/without aliens. Telepathic conversations with Entities, in Alien worlds and Environments. More DMT extends the time in this state.
